DESIGN SERVICES

How it works.

Every project at Cyburr Studio begins with a flat design fee. This fee serves as the deposit required to start your design and covers the initial groundwork — communication, planning, concept development, rough layouts, file setup, and everything needed to open your project and begin the creative process. This ensures that every client receives high-quality attention and a guaranteed level of service from the very beginning.

Beyond that starting point, the remainder of the project is billed at $18 per hour, based solely on the actual time I spend actively designing your piece. To keep this process transparent, I use a custom-coded time-tracking system that works like a digital stopwatch. It only runs while I am actively working on your design — sketching, illustrating, editing, building layouts, refining drafts, exporting assets, preparing print files, or completing revisions.

There is no billing for idle time, no rounding up to the nearest hour, and no guessing. You see the real time that goes into your project, and you pay only for the work that’s truly being done.

The goal is simple: fair pricing, honest tracking, and a creative process that respects both your vision and your investment.

I also provide the option to have your finished designs printed and shipped through a trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. This allows you to receive professionally produced products—such as apparel, stickers, cards, signage, and more—without having to manage the printing process yourself.

There is no additional markup from me for this service. You pay exactly what the printing company charges, nothing more. When your order is placed, you will receive important texts from the printing company regarding your order.

All printing and shipping fees are the responsibility of the client, and they are handled directly through the print partner’s system. I simply help bridge the gap—setting up the files correctly, preparing the products, and submitting the order on your behalf to make the process as smooth as possible.

This printing option is entirely optional. If you prefer to work with a local print shop or have a specific vendor you trust, you’re welcome to handle production on your own. I will always provide you with high-quality, print-ready files that meet professional standards, no matter which route you choose.
